The Sr. Financial Analyst will play a key role in helping leadership to improve decision-making. A mix of both corporate FP&A and operational finance. The ideal candidate is ambitious, collaborative, and technology forward.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance enterprise-wide forecasting and planning models.

  • Support the annual planning cycle and periodic reforecasts, including data validation and model updates.

  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses across revenue, labor, operating expenses, and capital-related initiatives.

  • Consolidate financial inputs from multiple operational and corporate teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

  • Prepare monthly performance reporting with clear variance analysis and actionable insights.

  • Support leadership and external stakeholder reporting by preparing financial packages and key financial ratio calculations.

  • Develop and maintain standardized templates for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and management reporting.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Excel and business intelligence tools.

  • Support internal, investor, and financing-related reporting requirements.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial metrics and KPIs across the organization.

  • Partner with operational leaders to analyze trends, manage budgets, and identify risks and opportunities.

  • Support labor efficiency analysis, overhead allocations, and business unit–level performance visibility.

  • Provide consolidated forecast impacts related to growth initiatives and strategic investments, as needed.

  • Assist with the adoption of advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools by preparing structured datasets, supporting testing, and refining workflows.

  • Collaborate with internal data and reporting teams to improve data extraction, automate recurring reports, and strengthen model inputs.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort through automation and improved reporting solutions.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field of study.
  • Graduate degree a plus, but not required.

Experience

  • 3+ years of FP&A experience.
  • Comfortable with variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, data modeling, etc).
