Sr. Manager, FP&A

AP Professionals is searching for a strategic financial partner on behalf of a client. This is a high-impact role that serves as a true business partner to divisional leadership and operations. If data analysis, process improvement, and cross-collaboration are areas of interest, this position can offer a great blend of opportunity and challenge. Hybrid work schedule involving both onsite and remote work.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Partner closely with plant and division leaders regarding financial strategy and goals
• Leverage technology and best practices to implement automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements
• Prepare and deliver various financial reports and dashboards
• Provide actionable insights while conducting variance analysis
• Strategically partner with the accounting function regarding the costing system (materials, labor, overhead, etc)
• Strategic evaluations such as product profitability reviews, make-or-buy analyses, manufacturing variances, etc
• Perform financial analyses of CapEx spending, including ROI

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Graduate degree or supplemental certifications a plus

• 7+ years of progressive experience within FP&A or financial operations
• Experience within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred

• Familiarity with cost accounting principles, large-scale ERP systems, and financial modeling and data analysis
