Responsibilities

  • Interact with various third-party service providers to ensure outstanding support of business transactions.
  • Documenting policies, procedures, and testing methods
  • Building quantitative models by translating the finance to an appropriate math formulation
  • Assist in preparing valuation reports, letters, and other client deliverables.
  • Proactively identify, quantify, and communicate the risks inherent in the fair value of investments.
  • Present to senior management, trustees, regulators, and auditors
  • Coordinate with relevant business partners to ensure alignment of objectives.
  • Engaging with clients across all levels
  • Preparing detailed technical analysis
  • Lead the delivery of a wide variety of valuation assignments.
  • Apply appropriate valuation methodologies, including market multiples.
  • Execute business valuations, value calculation including financial modeling and advisory engagements, performing business and financial analysis, conducting industry research, report writing and proposal preparation.
  • Manage and supervise staff in day-to-day work.

Education

  • BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration preferred.
  • Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) Certification required.
  • CPA Certification preferred.
