Valuation Manager

• Interact with various third-party service providers to ensure outstanding support of business transactions
• Documenting policies, procedures, and testing methods
• Building quantitative models by translating the finance to an appropriate math formulation
• Assist in preparing valuation reports, letters, and other client deliverables
• Proactively identify, quantify, and communicate the risks inherent in the fair value of investments
• Present to senior management, trustees, regulators, and auditors
• Coordinate with relevant business partners to ensure alignment of objectives
• Engaging with clients across all levels
• Preparing detailed technical analysis
• Lead the delivery of a wide variety of valuation assignments
• Apply appropriate valuation methodologies, including market multiples
• Execute business valuations, value calculation including financial modeling and advisory engagements, performing business and financial analysis, conducting industry research, report writing and proposal preparation
• Manage and supervise staff in day-to-day work

• bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certification strongly preferred (must be willing to obtain, if you do not have)
• CPA certification preferred but not required

• 3+ years of valuation experience
