The Market & Competition

Knowingly not the only staffing agency in the Greater Rochester area, AP strives to provide a niche, “boutique” staffing experience. We work hard on unique opportunities, and take the time to meet each and every candidate in person. We work with local candidates and local companies, and have done so for the last 21 years. Managing Partner, Mark Pautler, joined longtime friend, Joseph Kreuz, opened the local Rochester office in Linden Oaks in 1996. Kruez established AP Professionals in Buffalo in 1993, and since then has added outlets in the Phoenix area as well as Sarasota, Florida; Syracuse; and Portland, Oregon.

Honors & Experience

A great accomplishment of the AP Rochester Team is making the Democrat and Chronicle “Top Workplaces” list for 2017. Pautler believes the reason for the success is Rochester’s 15 employees combined 127 years of experience. We are always looking for new outlets to grow and develop as an office and organization, but loyalty is what keeps us strong.

“I try to treat people the way I want to be treated,” he said of getting the award.  “We give them the tools, mentor them and get out of the way. Everybody commits to the goals that we’re trying to achieve.”
