Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist who will support and enhance our clients HR function by leading initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive, compliant, and productive workplace while providing day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding

  • Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational structures

  • Support employee relations by advising managers and employees on performance management, conduct, and conflict resolution

  • Develop and deliver new hire orientation and ongoing training programs

  • Administer compensation processes, coordinate payroll activities, and support employee benefits programs

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, internal HR policies, and reporting requirements

  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation

  • Assist with performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives

  • Research, recommend, and support improvements to HR policies and practices

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization

Education

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Experience

  • Three or more years of professional human resources experience preferred

  • Prior experience supporting multiple HR functions in an on-site environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices

  • Talent acquisition and onboarding expertise

  • Employee relations and conflict resolution skills

  • Performance management, training, and employee development experience

  • Compensation and benefits administration knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work fully on-site; remote or out-of-state applicants will not be considered
