We have a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist who will support and enhance our clients HR function by leading initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive, compliant, and productive workplace while providing day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational structures
Support employee relations by advising managers and employees on performance management, conduct, and conflict resolution
Develop and deliver new hire orientation and ongoing training programs
Administer compensation processes, coordinate payroll activities, and support employee benefits programs
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, internal HR policies, and reporting requirements
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation
Assist with performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives
Research, recommend, and support improvements to HR policies and practices
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Three or more years of professional human resources experience preferred
Prior experience supporting multiple HR functions in an on-site environment
Strong knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices
Talent acquisition and onboarding expertise
Employee relations and conflict resolution skills
Performance management, training, and employee development experience
Compensation and benefits administration knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work fully on-site; remote or out-of-state applicants will not be considered
