Description

AP is working with terrific company located on the eastside near Eastview Mall. This organization is looking for an experienced individual to support the Supply Chain Department on a temp-possible hire basis. This position is Mon-Fri with hours of 8-5.

You will work closely with Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, and Operations. The Supply Chain Admin will support the Supply Chain team by executing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks. Leveraging strong productivity solutions skills (e.g. MS Excel, Business Intelligence solutions, and the company ERP). The Supply Chain admin will prepare reports, update status and tracking, process inventory status, update orders, and other administrative tasks as required. This is an entry level Supply Chain role that is designed to learn the function from the ground up and grow with the business.

Responsibilities

  • Track procurement orders from order placement to delivery within the Supply Chain
  • Update PO status weekly
  • Update vendor metrics and process regular monthly reports
  • Generate monthly strategic vendor shipment reports as required
  • Maintain specified inventory status reporting
  • Prepare inventory transfers as necessary
  • Regularly update transportation reports to include claims status, carrier metrics, and BOL tracking

Education

  • Associates degree preferred

Experience

  • 2 years professional experience
  • Advanced data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel
