This role supports the HR Manager in carrying out key HR and payroll functions across multiple locations. The HR Generalist serves as a vital link between employees, management, and benefit providers, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience. This position requires strong administrative skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a wide range of HR responsibilities while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
