Loan Payment Solutions Representative

Excellent opportunity!  We have a contract position that will last for 3-4 months.  This well-known financial institution has a need for 2 individuals to assist in their Loan Payment Solutions Department.  This position is full time with hours of 8-5 Mon-Fri and offers a pay rate of $21 hourly.  They are located in a gorgeous building, they offer a professional environment and provides parking at no cost.

This role involves making outbound calls to delinquent members who are over 15 days late paying on their loan.  This is more of a courtesy call and averages around 60-70 calls per day.  You would learn the payment plan process to update information in their system.  Selected candidates will have to have a background and credit check performed in order to work at this facility.

Previous experience in customer service

Previous experience making outbound calls

Proficient with computers and various software programs
