• Manage the overall accounting process, from daily entries through financial statement preparation
• Maintain the fixed asset software to ensure proper recording of fixed assets and depreciation
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor actual results compared to forecasts
• Search for ways to increase efficiency through process improvements
• Project work and ad hoc analysis as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Associate's degree in accounting will be considered with the right experience

• 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience, including month end close and financial statement production
• Familiarity with a multi-module accounting system
• Strong Excel skills
