Senior Financial Analyst

This role will be responsible for overseeing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive informed strategic decisions. This position is fully onsite. • Perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
• Generate and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, track, and refine budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee job cost analysis, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses.
• Maintain accurate job cost reports and ensure data integrity.
• Partner with project managers to assess job cost performance and provide financial recommendations.
• Evaluate financial performance and deliver insights to senior leadership.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and contribute to special projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
• Experience in a technical or construction industry preferred.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (COINS, SAP, Oracle, OneStream).
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
