Service Technician

AP has partnered with an organization that is offering a Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Service Technician.  Your role will to be repair and install a range of concession equipment in the Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Watertown, and Chautauqua areas.  This company is a distributor for concession supplies, beverages, and specialty balloons.

• Repair, install, and maintain concession equipment with precision and care.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure seamless operation.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a “WOW” experience for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and uphold safety standards.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with light electrical skills (training provided for specialized equipment).
• Basic plumbing skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• A clean NYS driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to getting the job done safely and efficiently
