Technical Service / Custom Solutions Support

We have a great opportunity for someone with a Mechanical Engineering background! This is a junior level position and our client will consider recent grads, an Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree. This position is open due to growth. They are located in the Henrietta area and offer their employees a great culture, excellent working environment, and invests and trains their employees for future growth.

This position is Temp-to-Hire, hours are 8-5, and pay is in the $42-46K.

• Prepare detailed Custom Solutions assembly quotes for customers.
• Develop Bills of Materials for orders and quotes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable quality and procedural requirements.
• Collaborate regularly with sales teams, internal staff, and customers to promote program awareness and identify new opportunities.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, in-person visits, field calls, and online inquiries.
• Respond promptly to customer requests within established service timeframes.
• Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and field representatives.
• Coordinate with factory representatives to resolve complex technical questions and ensure customer satisfaction.
