AP Professionals is proud to work with an outstanding growing local organization in search of a VP of Sales. This fast-moving company is looking for a seasoned executive with B2B enterprise software sales experience to lead and build a team. They have an ambitious culture along with an exceptional compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve company-wide revenue targets across software, resale, and services offerings.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives.
  • Develop and implement a repeatable and scalable enterprise sales process.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and key account planning.
  • Improve sales forecasting accuracy, CRM utilization, and pipeline management practices.
  • Design and evolve the sales organization structure to support growth, including segmentation by geography, vertical, or customer type.

Education

  • BS Degree in business/finance

Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, with a demonstrated ability to scale teams and revenue.
  • Proven success in selling into complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to personally lead and close high-value strategic deals.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • High level of accountability, initiative, and results orientation.
